Ella McCready
A versatile vocalist and Rose Bruford-trained performer who has sung from London's live circuit to cruise main stages — and headlined the Adele, Dusty Springfield and Bond songbooks at the Edinburgh Fringe.

Ella McCready began working as a professional singer at fourteen before training as an actor at Rose Bruford. Since then she has performed in film, TV and musical theatre and fronted bands across the UK and abroad, as a guest entertainer on cruise ships and a regular on London's live circuit. In 2021 she launched her own music as a singer-songwriter, releasing her debut EP 'Breathe' in 2022. She has appeared on ITV's Starstruck, brought the music of Adele, Dusty Springfield and the James Bond films to the Adelaide and Edinburgh Fringe festivals, and spent the last two Christmases starring in Thursford Christmas Spectacular, Europe's biggest variety show.

Her other credits include Chaka Khan in the workshop of I'm Every Woman — working directly with Chaka Khan and her team — Zahara in the international tour of Bat Out of Hell, Ruby in You Are Here at Southwark Playhouse, River in the Joey Contreras musical In Pieces, and Sweet Thang in Nina Simone: Four Women, directed by Tony Award-winner Kenny Leon.
